Customer data, from their capture from authentic documents or digital files to their engraving etching inside the sapphire wafer, are treated according to the processes and methods as recommended by the AFNOR standard NF Z42-013.
For any human organization (companies, institutions) the preservation of information or strategical documents due to their economic, juridical or patrimonial value is a major issue. Risks of loss of this information are increasing on very long-term.
In order to answer to this issue of conservation of digital information with high safety level, ARNANO developed a technology allowing « to reproduce » at a microscopic scale the documents on an extremely stable sapphire wafer. So it guaranties a very long life to the informations. The NANOFORM, sapphire wafer that can contain up to 10 000 A4 pages, is:
*NANOFORM is made up of a sapphire wafer in the middle of which information is engraved at a microscopic scale and revealed by a titanium nitride coating. These very high performance materials allow the NANOFORM to resist to the most severe attacks:
The ARNANO Company offers a new solution to “print” or engrave pieces of sapphire. This technology allows working at micron scale on sapphire and thin platinum coating. So high resolution decoration (25,400 dpi) or micro-text can be turned out.
In agreement with luxury codes, quality of the materials, perfect execution, discretion and originality, this technology opens the way for new creative fields to decorate sapphire pieces from 10 to 200 mm in diameter. The surface to be decorate (readable through transparent sapphire) should be flat without «pillars” but holes are accepted.
Design manufacturing with high resolution and gray levels combined with the ability to integrate content (message discreet or secret) contribute to give an exceptional character to the final product. It becomes unique (can be customized) and unforgeable.
We have already carried out several products for unique applications
